# ChiefBoard

ChiefBoard is a web application operated from Friedberg, Germany, founded in 2026 by
Lucas Gruber. It is built on Anthropic's Claude API. The product is self-service:
users sign up, describe their business once, and then ask questions in plain language.

## What makes it different

Most AI assistants forget the context of a business between sessions and agree with
whatever the user proposes. ChiefBoard does two things differently:

- **Decision memory.** An answer worth keeping is saved to a Decision Ledger with a
  chosen path, an owner and a review date. Later conversations reference those
  decisions and flag contradictions with them.
- **Business context.** Every answer is grounded in a stored business profile:
  industry, stage, team size, revenue range, goals and current challenges.

## Who it is for

Founders, CEOs, managing directors and owner-operators of small and mid-sized
companies who make decisions without a board, a co-founder or a management team to
test their thinking against.

## What it does

- Answers strategy, pricing, hiring, finance, marketing and operations questions with
  concrete figures and action items rather than general advice
- Reads uploaded documents (reports, contracts, pitch decks) and answers against them
- Records decisions with review dates, exportable as PDF and subscribable as a
  calendar feed
- Provides guided templates for marketing, finance, operations, investor pitch,
  hiring and business strategy

## What it does not do

ChiefBoard is not a licensed legal, tax or financial advisory service. Its answers are
guidance, not professional advice. It does not execute transactions and does not
connect to external business systems.

- Free: 15 messages per month
- Pro: EUR 49 per month, 500 messages
- Business: EUR 149 per month, 2000 messages, includes the Decision Ledger
- Ultra: EUR 299 per month, unlimited messages
